For Gina, movement has always been a way to connect, recharge, and come back to herself. With certifications in Strength, Pilates, Barre, and Kickboxing, Gina brings a well-rounded approach to her teaching, blending her deep knowledge of the body with a playful, encouraging energy.

Outside the studio, Gina is passionate about her family life, balancing the joyful chaos of three teenagers, three animals, and her “awesome” husband.
