Rebecca Wu

“Life is about experiencing as much as possible—and discovering what we’re capable of along the way.”

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Rebecca’s approach to yoga is shaped by a lifelong love of movement. With a background in ballet, karate, and aerial trapeze, she was first drawn to yoga as another way to explore the body’s capabilities. Her practice and teaching are grounded in Ashtanga yoga and influenced by the many teachers and practitioners who have guided her along the way. Rebecca is an RPYT-85 pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, a Certified Full-Spectrum Doula, and expects to complete her RYT-500 in December 2026.
