“Yoga teaches us how to stay present with what is — and how to move forward with strength, integrity, and a little joy along the way.”

Sarah is a 500-hour E-RYT registered yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience. Her path to yoga began through sports- and military-related injuries, initially as a reluctant practitioner, and evolved into a lifelong, embodied practice rooted in resilience, alignment, and adaptability.

She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a Mental Health concentration, is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and brings a trauma-informed, holistic lens to everything she teaches.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Sarah’s personal practice — and teaching — is inspired by the idea that yoga meets us in real life. She believes the practice is a powerful tool for building resilience, self-trust, and connection, especially during seasons of challenge. Yoga, for Sarah, is not about bypassing difficulty, but learning how to move through it with clarity, strength, and compassion.
