Seneca is a highly trained and multifaceted movement professional with a 300-hour yoga certification through Cathy Madeo Yoga and a 200-hour certification from Cary Flow Yoga.
She is also a NASM-certified personal trainer and flexibility coach, with additional certifications in TRX (group fitness, personal training, yoga, and suspension training Pilates). Her background as a registered nurse brings a thoughtful, informed approach to anatomy, safety, and sustainable movement.

Her approach emphasizes body awareness, intelligent sequencing, and building a strong foundation for continued growth.

Outside of yoga, Seneca is passionate about strength training and empowering women to feel strong, confident, and vibrant at every stage of life. She’s reconnecting with her love of dance, enjoys traveling, and feels most at peace near the water—especially paddle boarding.
