Steve Pelletier

“Yoga offers me a safe way to move, and the group dynamic makes it fun. In the yoga room, I’ve made many friends — both as a student and a teacher.”

Training and Education

Steve’s teaching blends creativity, precision, and playfulness, drawing inspiration from his early mentors Monica Wurst and Noriko Mosher, who taught him that power yoga can be challenging, intelligent, and fun all at once.

Certified in Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Yogi Training, Steve’s classes are designed to be both dynamic and educational, helping students deepen their practice while staying connected to their bodies.

Off the Mat

Outside the studio, Steve is passionate about technology and innovation, currently working on an AI-driven yoga sequence builder aimed at helping instructors and students alike — coming in late 2025. A devoted dog lover and longtime rescuer, Steve brings the same compassion to his teaching as he does to his life off the mat.

Get to Know steve

Steve first came to yoga seeking relief from injuries after years of living a high-intensity fitness lifestyle. Ironically, his first hot yoga class ended with him vowing never to return — but persistent injuries eventually brought him back. Over time, yoga became more than just recovery; it became a way to stay mobile, safe, and connected. Now, Steve can’t imagine life without it
