Taylor Leverett
“Growth doesn’t have to be rushed, and showing up with intention is enough.”
Training and Education
Taylor’s yoga journey is rooted in a personal practice that helps her slow down, reconnect with her body, and return home to herself through every season of life. She has deepened her teaching under the mentorship of Jane Stemmerman, whose guidance has helped shape Taylor’s steady, thoughtful approach in the yoga room.
More About Taylor
What inspires Taylor most about teaching is the opportunity to help people reconnect with themselves. She loves witnessing the small but meaningful moments when a student discovers new strength, softens into greater self-trust, or leaves feeling more grounded than when they arrived. Her hope is that every student feels seen, supported, and empowered—both on the mat and beyond it.
Beyond the Mat
Outside yoga, Taylor loves photography, cooking, exploring new places, and time with the people—and pup—she loves.

INSPIRATION
Taylor is inspired by yoga’s ability to create space—for balance, self-awareness, and meaningful growth. Her practice reminds her that presence matters more than perfection and that simply showing up with intention can be enough. Outside of yoga, she finds inspiration in creativity, storytelling, photography, cooking, travel, wellness, and time with her family, fiancé, and dog.
FAVORITE POSE
PIGEON
Taylor’s favorite pose is Pigeon because it asks her to slow down and be fully present. The pose offers space for both physical and emotional release, reminding her that growth often happens when we allow ourselves to soften, surrender, and listen.
Teaching Style
Warm, grounded, and encouraging, Taylor creates classes where students feel welcomed exactly as they are. She offers clear guidance, accessible options, and thoughtful encouragement so each person can honor their own body and practice. Her teaching invites students to slow down, stay curious, and build confidence from the inside out.
In Taylor’s classes, you can expect a calm, supportive space with clear cues, accessible choices, and room to make the practice your own. Her intention is to help you step away from the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, confident, and at home in your own skin. Her playlists move between the bold energy of Beyoncé, the soulful depth of Hozier, and the expansive sound of ODESZA.
